A Braided Card with Simple Stems and Fresh Prints

This is one of the cards we made at my card class the other weekend.  They all had fun trying this technique to create the braided edge.  It was new to them all.  They enjoyed using the new Scalloped Tag Topper Punch and Simple Stems stamps set.  Everyone's card was a little different as they were each able to choose a paper design they liked from the new Fresh Prints DSP stack.  These paper stacks are great for card making.

Materials:

Stamps: Simply Stems, Create a Cupcake (sentiment)

Ink: Coastal Cabana/Crumb Cake

Card: Real Red, Coastal Cabana/Crumb Cake, Whisper White

DSP: Fresh Prints DSP Stack

Other: Scalloped Tag Topper Punch, Word Window Punch, Modern Label Punch, Stampin Sanding System, Crumb Cake Ribbon Seam Binding, Cherry Cobbler Bakers Twine, Dimensionals, Template for the Braided Edge
