A sketch card

I have been inspired by many cards made by Paula Reid. (Thank you Paula) I have seen many wonderful cards that she has created, including the ones she makes as a DT member for Trying Stampin' On Tuesday.  It has been a while since I have made a card based on a challenge blog and I thought it is about time that I did.  I wanted to take part last week, but ran out of time.  I needed a birthday card for a friend so I thought I would use their sketch this week - challenge #102 as a starting point.

Other: 1-3/4"(4.4cm) Circle Punch, 2-3/8" (6cm) Scalloped Punch, Bitty Banner Framelits Dies, Scalloped Edge Punch, Perfect Polka Dots Embossing Folder, Dimensionals
