A Trio Tag Topper Card featuring Watercolour Wonder DSP

Last week I posted two different trio tag topper cards which featured stamped images.  This week I have another card to show you, but this one features DSP (Designer Series Paper).

This card was inspired by some wonderful creations I had seen by Kathryn Tyrrell in which she used this lovely Watercolour Wonder DSP

Supplies:
Stamp sets: Label Love, Petitie Petals, Flower Shop
Ink: Island Indigo
Cardstock: Island Indigo, Gumball Green, Whisper White
Punches: Scalloped Tag Topper, Artisan Punch, Pansy Punch, Petite Petals Punch
Other: Gumball Green Satin Stitched Ribbon, Linen Thread, Rhinestones Basic Jewels, Dimensionals, Tombow
(Edited: I originally had the colour Midnight Muse listed here, but I have since realised that I actually used Island Indigo card and ink to match the Watercolour Wonder DSP)

I am going to miss the 2012-2014 In Colours.  Gumball Green is one of the colours from this colour range that I have used on today's card.  Remember that if you like to use these colours too, make sure buy the ink pads now and stock up on ink refills, card and co-ordinating accessories like ribbon etc. before they sell out.  The 2012-2014 In Colour Designer Series Paper Stack is one of the weekly deal items this week.  It is usually $45.95 and is now only $34.56. Available at this reduced price until 20th May.

Have a great day.

Fresh Prints Scalloped Tag Topper Closure Card

Recently I have been using a lot of the Sweet Sorbet DSP which I love using, but I thought I would use some different colours this time to create this card.  I have used the Fresh Prints DSP stack and the Petite Petals stamps and punch.  Another new tool I enjoy using is the new Scalloped Tag Topper Punch which also features on this card.  There are so many great uses for this punch as well as for making tags.

Here is the inside of the card.

I also made the same style card in Sweet Sorbet.  Come back tomorrow to see this card looks like in some different colours.

A Braided Card with Simple Stems and Fresh Prints

This is one of the cards we made at my card class the other weekend.  They all had fun trying this technique to create the braided edge.  It was new to them all.  They enjoyed using the new Scalloped Tag Topper Punch and Simple Stems stamps set.  Everyone's card was a little different as they were each able to choose a paper design they liked from the new Fresh Prints DSP stack.  These paper stacks are great for card making.

And here is the inside of the card.

Materials:
Stamps: Simply Stems, Create a Cupcake (sentiment)
Ink: Coastal Cabana/Crumb Cake
Card: Real Red, Coastal Cabana/Crumb Cake, Whisper White
DSP: Fresh Prints DSP Stack
Other: Scalloped Tag Topper Punch, Word Window Punch, Modern Label Punch, Stampin Sanding System, Crumb Cake Ribbon Seam Binding, Cherry Cobbler Bakers Twine, Dimensionals, Template for the Braided Edge

Thanks for stopping by.
